Applications for Rent Leveling Board attorney and grant consulting services must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. Dec. 16.
Several other positions must be applied for by Friday, Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. These include Planning Board attorney, Planning Board conflict attorney, Planning Board planner, site engineer, traffic engineer, and special traffic engineer.
Professional positions for the Zoning Board include attorney, conflict attorney, Zoning Board planner, site engineer, and traffic engineer.
The application process is through a “Request for Proposals” (RFP) that must be answered based on a qualification statement specified by the borough. The qualification statements must be physically delivered, and will not be accepted by fax or email.
Instructions for replying are on file in the borough clerk’s office, 309 Main St., and may be inspected from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. weekdays for the Rent Board attorney and grants consultant and in the Planning Administrator’s office for the Planning and Zoning Board positions, same address, from 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. weekdays.
